About the RMI
The Rocky Mountain Immunology Laboratories was founded with the intent of generating an internationally recognized center of excellence for the study of the immunological responses against mycobacterial diseases.
Research programs in the RMI utilize state-of-the-art techniques and facilities to address:
- Tuberculosis vaccine and drug efficacy
- Tuberculosis diagnostics
- The study of nontuberculous mycobacterial diseases
- Mycobacterial diseases affecting animals including bovine tuberculosis and Johne’s disease
- Novel animal modeling systems
